As we bundle up for winter (a little too early here in MN, in my opinion!), it's a perfect time to go within our hearts and see what needs realignment. Know that you're not alone in feeling out of whack (or maybe even bi-polar) and that while there is massive clearing happening, there are glimpses of joy and connecting to Oneness. There is just so much right now that I can't do it justice in a little paragraph, so am attempting to blog more often with updates.
A few notes:
Starting in January 2010 I will be taking an indefinite break from teaching classes and exhibiting at events, so I can focus on new creations. Now is a great time to take a class or visit me at an Expo! I will still be taking appointments for services and shopping. I look forward to serving you in new ways in 2010!
I will be out of town October 23 - 27 (seeing U2 at the Rose Bowl!).

what I know about "ascension" right now

Are you still with us? Did the summer just fly by for you? And did you feel like you were on a rollercoaster ride. (I want to say “between heaven and hell”, but I do understand it’s not that dramatic for everyone.)
Here is what I know about the energies of the past 3 to 6 months:
- It’s wacky.
- It's rought
- Everyone is feeling it to some degree, whether they are on a spiritual path or not. Just look at the crumbling structures and institutions.
- We are being asked even more to release what doesn’t serve our highest good anymore, even if we think we’ve already released so much crap that there is nothing left to release.
- You cannot hide anything anymore. Old issues, secrets, manipulations, are not tolerated and will force you to be truthful to your core.
- The resistance from those in a “3-D” reality might be harder to deal with if you are in touch with a deeper meaning to life.
- We need to LOVE OURSELVES UNCONDITIONALLY.
- We need to LOVE OURSELVES.
- We need to LOVE.
- Keep breathing.
- Reality changes all the time. What is true today might not be tomorrow.
- The veil is getting thinner and thinner all the time.
- There is SO MUCH SUPPORT available all around.
- Our physical bodies need LOTS of support through healthy green fresh foods, movement, and wellness.
- You are not being selfish by wanting to take care of YOU and your body.
- You DESERVE to take care of YOU.
- Your body WANTS you to take care of YOU.
- But if you still want to drink coffee/do shots of tequila/smoke/inhale a chocolate cake, it's okay and you will not go to hell.
- The connections of the heart and spirit (whether in person or with non-physical beings) are getting stronger and we are finding more of our “tribe.” The heart connections really “work” and feel GREAT; those that don’t “work” are going to struggle and be painful and it is okay to let it go.
- Keep Breathing.
- It is okay to not feel accountable to timelines and deadlines (unless it is truly necessary for your “job” or family), and to move into the flow of what and when it feels good.
- The old addage "Either sh*t or get off the pot" applies. Meaning get on your path, do what makes you happy and gives you joy, do what fills your inner well with light and love. It's time.
- The balance between "oh today is a crap day" and "oh my god I love my life" happens constantly, and you do not need medication.
- We are DONE with struggle, pain, surviving, fear.
- You are SO LOVED.
- Keep breathing.
- We ALL deserve what fills us with light, love, abundance, joy, peace, contentment, and flow.
- You do not need to feel guilty about any of this.
- There is various TIMING for everyone.
- If none of this makes sense to you, GOOD FOR YOU and bring us whatever you're drinking.
For now. Next week might be completely different.

Wow has the past month been a doozy or what?! Between solstices, eclipses, full moons, and who knows what else I feel like I have been through the ringer about 8 times and stripped clean of anything and everything! While this IS a good thing, it feels a little challenging at times, and I hope you know that if you are going through it too, you're not alone. Keep breathing, surround yourself with the things and people that make you really happy, fill your well as deeply as you can, OPEN YOUR HEART, and know that there is indeed a "light at the end of the tunnel", or something. At least I hope so. :) Don't hesitate to call me for a session or supportive crystals at any time. Other great resources are usually on my blog.
As of September 1 Crystalline Light is moving to a new office! Not to worry, it is right next door to my current office. We're in the midst of painting and moving right now, and it feels really good to clear some old stuff and move in with a new clean slate. It's a little different space, but all the same services and products will be available. Kathy and I are also welcoming in our dear friend Pamela Fillhouer, who is offering energy healings and intuitive guidance, and we'll be doing a few more classes and groups. AND all three of our businesses will be under one name, Illuminate. (Not to confuse you, Crystalline Light is staying exactly the same, Illuminate is just the name of the SPACE we'll all work in, and I'll probably only use that name for group events on my calendar.)
Starting immediately I also have a NEW phone number! 651-705-6760 is where you can reach me. My previous numbers will still work, but the new number is the new googlevoice technology that allows one number to ring on both of my phone's (home and cell), so you can get in touch with me easier. Energetic Services
I'll be honest, the energetic work I do isn't explainable. And it's shifted so much this summer and I haven't been able to find exactly the right words yet, and I don't want to sound crazy. But I'm not, really.
It is still a base of energetic healing, Reiki, crystals, sound, etc, but there is much more happening on subtle multi-dimensional levels. We set the intent and a group my healing guides (non-physical beings of angels and "cosmic workers") come in to assist with their own thing. What I have perceived them doing is reactivating your DNA, getting deep into the tissues to clear and heal, to reconnect aspects of yourself that have taken a back road for too long (this lifetime or others), and to strengthen your etheric lightbody. They work with tools that are beyond our 3-D understanding. All of this is so that it is easy for us to move through "ascension"/these transformational times we are living in and to help us fully embrace who we truly are as divine, perfect, multi-dimensional beings.
And if all of this is over your head, not to worry, it still works. You'll love it.
